You don't know all the great things that can be done with SPAM! You need to come down to Austin some April 1, to the SPAM cookoff. It's amazing, and sometimes disgusting, what some chefs come up with using the potted wonder meat. This is a yearly festival that has been going on for over 20 years.

product based on consumption in the U.S and maybe in the world....I'm a chef/rest. owner, I know. But I don't serve it in my restaurant. Hard to get $25 for Spam with pesto rissoto and wilted garlic greens. hahahahahaha
