If they are mailed by US post office, just open a PO box across the border.

If they are shipped by UPS or FedEx, as they will require a signature proving reception of the goods, you will need to find a UPS/FedEx office that does Customer Service. They will charge an extra $5 and will hold the goods for 5 days.

And then just cross the border, save 21%, and drink a cold one...
