I tried peanut butter on my M3's black side moldings. They are somewhat porous, but the peanut butter didn't work.

Try Mothers Black Again or whatevery they call their Armour-all type of stuff. It works pretty well and seems to have some solvent properties that might remove wax. Also, that 3m general adhesive remover might dissolve wax.

so u just smear it over the area and wipe off after a few minutes?

Oh and I tried the eraser. It worked ok, but the marks are still there. I wore down that eraser to almost nothing.
