BTW-GREAT Tire for year round.....

And only $111 at Tirerack

Paul,

This shows how some cars can vary, and in this case it could be the tires. Even if the tire size is a 225/50-16 (the "design section width") and it's installed a wheel of the same size, a different manufacturer's tire might be a different size in actuality.

Some people who have contributed to my spreadsheet (My E28 Wheel & Tire Combination Database in the "My Documents" folder) have required 5mm spacers on the front for these wheels. In any case, they'll fit without much fuss.

Joe,

What tires are you running? I'd appreciate the info for my spreadsheet. TIA!

Shawn D.

I just put a set on my 87 535is with 225/50 VR16's...they are great and look great...but I did not need spacers...

Joe

Joe,
you didn't need spacers? No problem with rubbing the struts? I need to replace my trx's and was considering 15" bbs, but the price is nice here.

Tight fit for E28, but I believe some have done it. Can't beat the price.
