White gauge faces (archive)

A few months ago I made my own white gauge faces for the Speedo and Tach. However, after staring at them for a while, I'd like to change them a bit for a newer, more custom appearance.

My question is, does anyone does the exact diameter of the speedo and tach? I could find out by taking it out, but that would take a long time because I would have to take it out twice.
