Cold Idle Problem (archive)

After cold start in the morning engine will not idle well until warm. Engine acts like it wants to stall but hangs on. Acts like fuel mixture is too lean. Could it be faulty Cold Start Valve or Thermo Time Switch? ICV was replaced a year ago and otherwise the car runs great. Any other things I should check? Thanks.
