I was trying to fix my tilting backrest and I discovered that the wire that controls the right side does nothing at all. I push it in and spin it with the drill but it doesn't move the seatback at all.

Suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike

The "transmissions" in the seats,on both sides have a tendency to go south.Replacement works best.Usually the best result is to replace them with good used units from seats otherwise poor, perhaps like the worn cloth ones some remove.
