...I'll agree with you Josh...I mean Barry (sorry, your comments remind me of some other idiot) on the M535i's M-Technik suspension being better that of the M5, but that's about it. Even if you've got the cheeky gray-market 218-hp motor, 1:1 5th gear and the 3.07 lsd, I don't forsee you eating too many U.S.-production model M5's unless you come up against grandma, who's out for a drive in hers. I love the M535i and think both cars are really impressive feats of German engineering in their own rite. And if you think bumpers and ground effects really makes a car, my neighbor's got a really slick Grand Am with aero-effects you'd probably like.Tim G.
'88 M5
The M535 is the best e28. Better engine, better suspension, better everything.
US M5s are a fraud compared to the real German M cars. They have DOHC engines that cant get out of there own way compared to my M535. They goy UGLY bumpers and no air effects. Lame.
And they are all painted black to lood bad, like color matters!
