Thanks,
For a street car, best to use Eibach springs, which have the best road ride.Good for track use too.Ask me how I know...H&Rs are good, but a little stiffer, more for street/track for those who don't mind a stiffer ride than they have now.
Shocks;Bilstein now makes a new shock, not yet sure if it's available for us older car guys yet, which is between the "comfort" shock, and the "HDs".Good for street use,but the HDs are better if you're going to track the car as well.Sports are for the diehards that don't mind a MUCH stiffer ride.
Konis will also work as well for street/track use, being a bit more adjustable, especially in the front, but are more expensive.Your choice.
The LaJolla/S.T. bars are good quality, and work well.
The R.D. Bars are more expensive, but work a little better ontrack with the Bilsteins.Don't spend the extra money for just a street car,but a street/track car.
The sways are more important for a start than the springs/shocks may be,if your present shocks can handle the 17"rims/tires added weight and pressure.Check the front suspension real well.7 series control arm bushings may be in order.
