Everyone has pretty well covered the prospects of putting 15" tires on 15.3" wheels. But this reminds me of the time I was going to buy ... oh I hate saying this... a Ford Bronco. The air conditioning didn't work. The salesman said it would only cost a couple hundred bucks to get the system working like new. I said fine, get it fixed and I will buy the truck for an additional $200.00. He just looked at me with a blank stare, and walked away.
