I've done Chilton. For years I thought that Haynes was the best. During my 16 years of E28 ownership I kept hearing about the Bentley manual, but thought nothing could possibly top Haynes. I finally bought a Bentley manual this year. My old Haynes manual joined the trash. The next best thing to having your own personal BMW mechanic is the Bentley manual. Spend the money NOW. The wiring diagrams (color coding) are perfect. It will be the best $60 or so dollars you ever spent.

Does anyone know where a fella can get a printout of a decent wiring diagram for a 1983 model, specifically in the fuse box area? Chilton doesn't satisfy me. Checked the local library...nothing. Anything on the net?
