Possibly but you will have to do some modifying. The E34 Seats mount diff. than the E28. E34 seats are slid in with the seat back tilted forw. and hook on hooks mounted to the floorboard. They only bolt in the back. I was cons. this conv. until I found a clean set of E28"is" seats. I think it will work but you'll have to be creative.
