For those that lust after the Euro bumpers there is more to it than just buying the bumpers. You need to either modify the lower front valance for the turns and fogs, or buy a new/used Euro valance. Also there is some modification of the front frame rails needed for the Euro bumper mounts to work and the fog lights to fit. The rear bumper is much easier to install, but it does require drilling a couple of holes for the Euro bumper bracket and also cutting out a small portion of a reinforcement in the trunk, on the right side of the car, to access the nuts for the Euro bumper bracket.
Not a modification for the weak at heart, about $1000 - $1500 for all the components. If you can't do the sheetmetal work yourself, add another $1000 to have a pro do it.
But the change in the look of the car when finished is well worth it.
