OK,
Just got back from a bull ridding competition with my son in Savannah. Was interesting to watch, first time for my son.

5er Fest.
I agree that fully integration of the 2002 guys will just make for a big hairball. They will be invited in the friendliest manner of course. We need to stick to members on this board for simplicity reasons. If we make this too difficult, it will not happen.

I was thinking about a location on or near a track to be perfect! Camping, hotels, auto cross should all fall in line. Will need to think about driver ability and competence along with emergency services if the worst happen. A track should have this all of this in place. Dave has the lead on location. He will let us know our options.
Opens up another position as autocross coordinator, if we go this direction.

I need to read over the recent posts and get back to everyone. I have received only 4 emails for my list; please send me a quick message to get you included.

If you have volunteered for a position, you got it. I will compile a list of volunteers and contact info in the morning.

We all need to realize this will take some money up front. We are not a club and do not have an account with money in it for and event like this. We do need a treasurer to account for the money and distribute it accordingly.

We can do this. This is the golden age of this board, even though I am relatively new.

Bottom line: (KISS) Keep It Simple Stupid, applies.

Duke
