I am not really looking for a car to "replace" my pristine daily driver but I have found 2 cars that may be worth looking into. One is an '88 535is auction car (appears to be thrashed with 238k on the clock) but would make a good parts car. The other is an '88 535i with only 88k on it but looks rather suspect for odo rollback. Anybody with a current carfax subscription will have first dibs on any parts offered!
