This isn't much help but... While I have yet to experience this problem on my E-28, on my E-12 it seemed like every other set of tires I bought would pull to the right. Not real bad, but enough to be irritating. I even ovaled the strut mount holes to bring caster into spec but nothing did any good. And I never did figure out why, good tires, cheap tires, it didn't seem to matter. Good luck!
