Box is in decent physical condition, paint is peeeling mostly on bottom. I think it would look cool without any paint at all. K&N Filter has about 40K mi on it. I'll clean it and re-oil it for you if you want. I have a cone filter now, so just don't need this any more. First $40.00 gets the whole thing, shipping included. E-mail me if you want it. Thanks,
