Hey guys, here's a little story of our drive today. My friend (in a Miata with a roll bar) and I were taking a nice Sunday drive today out on Highway 33. We were coming around a left-hand curve rather fast (I was leading on the way up) and a CHP suddenly appeared in the oncoming lane. He then flipped a bitch, passed my friend, and proceeded to pull me over. He then got out of the car into the street and motioned for my friend to pull over as well. On slowing down, my friend pulled perfect heel-toes into 2nd and 1st gear, and I waited for a reaction from the cop. He didn't say anything, so I asked him why he pulled me over. He said that we were coming around that turn at an unsafe speed and that he saw my car sliding (which it most definitely was NOT). He was a pretty cool guy, and proceeded to say "Look, I know you guys have sports cars, but you shouldn't be driving that fast..." He basically gave us the spiel, and then let us go. But the CHP called my 535i a sports car! Anyways, I thought that was kinda funny.
