my car had that exact same problem at 127,304 miles (from the prev. owner's service records). The shop replaced the main relay and the fuel pump relay. then the PO had the fuel pump replaced 2 weeks later. then about 2 weeks after that, had a control relay put in ($862!!!! for parts!!! -not even done at dealer) then exactly 2 weeks later, had the starter motor replaced! -talk about dropping some change on the eta. all in about a month and a half. but then a few thousand miles later (2 months), the gremlins came back. "CUST REPORTS CAR DIES WHEN DRIVING (some code: "1199000") -this is what the DEALER did... "CHECK FOR POWER AT RELAYS CLEAN BATTERY POSTS AND CLAMPS TIGHTENED THEM AND SPRAYED BATTERY POST PROTECTORS." -good grammer huh? what a bunch of bullshit that could of been done for the cost of a box of baking soda....but the damnned dealer charge the PO 76 bucks. well, i guess the problem got fixed because there were no more service records about the car dying while driving.
