I assumed you'd successfully removed the white plastic back from the main circuit board. If not, you have to undo the hardware behind the temp & fuel gauges. Needlenose pliers should do it. On mine, there are two fasteners behind each gauge: A nut, and a weird slotted thing which actually retains the white plastic back.

I am still assuming you've removed the front, and the speedo and tach.

Given the fact that I now have this thing apart in my hands, How would I completely remove the si board? I am assuming that the si board is not the entire green circuited board, but a component behind the fuel and temp gauges.
