Anyone know where that is located?

Also, it sends its signal to Prong 86 on the main relay, via a green wire. Is this 12V or a ground signal??

When I have my key turned to the accessory position, I have 12V at prong 30, but no voltage at any of the other prongs.

Thus, the car won't start. Anyone have any ideas??
