It sounds like more than a water pump unfortunately. Try this, with the car running, not necessarly hot, take off the radiator cap. Look in the coolant tank for bubbles, it can be a little hard to tell the difference between turbulence and bubbles, but if you see bubbles you have problems, either a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Or, you can take it to someone with a smog machine, take the radiator cap off and have them put the sniffer to the tank, if you have problems, you will get a hydrocarbon or CO reading when you shouldn't. Leaking out the weep hole isn't that strange, but boiling over out the overflow isn't a good sign. Hope this helps and good luck. (both with repairs and keeping the car!)
