... you should be at your "proper" calibration. Note that I use quotes because it's never truly accurate.
If you want to know the relative diameters of tires, you can use my E28 Wheel & Tire "Database" (in the "BMW E28 Files" folder)*, which includes a calculation sheet. A better way, however, would be to look at the manufacturer data, which you should be able to find on their website.

Good evening I just bought some new tires for my 528e.I am running e32 bottle cap wheels 15X7. Went from 205/60 to 215/60. How much will this effect my Speedo reading?

Also if anyone is needing tires I recommend Yokohama ADVID H4. This is the second set and I love them. Great in the rain and even better when dry.
