Having played this game before that is more than I would have expected, needing paint I would have guessed 2800 or maybe 3k. Unless you have a bunch of very recent receipts for expensive stuff that probably is as much as you are going to get. You might inquire as to compensation for your time, both dealing with this mess, and actually buying a replacement, it's not like you can go down to auto row and have your pick of a dozen of them tomorrow. It probably won't go anywhere but it's worth a try. And if you even think you might have any, any sort of injury go see a doc, that too is additional leverage. Good luck and I hope you are ok.
