i have a 1981 e28 525i. bought it a year ago. the car's fabuluous but there's one things which irritates me, it sways like a boat. i have since replaced the shock absorbers, upper mountings, bushes, idler arm. but it seems to be worst than before i replaced them. if there's anyone out there who ffamiliar with the problem, please, please tell me what's wrong. no mechanic can pinpoint the problem. experiences anyone?
