Had the same problem, only on the left side. Cleaned out the drains using weed-eater line, still leaked. Looked closely, and the water was coming down from above the speaker, wicking along the sound deadening material. Looked like it was from the windshield. Popped out the lock strip in the rubber seal, and put silicone under the seal, top to bottom on the left side. Reassembled, and no more leak.


I just finished reading some achive posts concerning sunroof draining issues, trying to resolve mine. One question I have, and saw previoulsy asked but not answered is: Where does the front sunroof drain lines empty out? Front kickpanel?? My leak shows up in the right front passenger floorboard. Removed speaker grill and located drain line, but did not see where it ended.
Question # 2: Is there a way to replace these drainlines?
