I agree with Mike M it sounds like the thermostat, it's an easy fix, three bolts, and one hose to remove. should take about an hour your first time, 20 minutes next time. It is a common failure in all cars new thermostat and gasket(o-ring)should be about $15-20 at the dealer.

Stop freaking out and fix it soon before you warp your head and cause some serious damage.

After the car has been running for a while, the top radiator hose is soo hot you cant even touch it and it is so hard there is no give, and the bottom radiator hose is cold as hell, i just dont get it please help!
