that is a far drive hoping that you were close so I may come by to help.check for air pockets. I have a 528e and the way I was able to get all of the air out was to squeeze the top hose a few times,but if the hoses are old they may crack. the only thing I can think of trying is to let the car cool then take the top hose off the radiator to see if there is coolent if not fill it up the best you can and reinstall and try again.


also changed it 3 times so i know for sure that it is not the thermostat, and im located in Johnson County Kansas
