Chris, pull the top radiator hose at the radiator and fill the hose with coolant untill it starts coming out of the radiator, point the hose down and start the car, turn on the heater to max heat and the fan on high, look for flow out of the hose once you feel warm air inside the car, if there is no flow you are going to have to pull the water pump to check for loose or rusted impeler blades, if you do have flow, and the heater works, but the car is still getting hot, check to see if the fan clutch is locking up, in other words, as the engine gets warmer the fan should start spining faster, this is overlooked by alot of mechanic's that I know, because now days they are all electric, I just replaced one in a 325 and one in 528 about 6 months ago (that's another story)and I hope you won't have to go there.
After the car has been running for a while, the top radiator hose is soo hot you cant even touch it and it is so hard there is no give, and the bottom radiator hose is cold as hell, i just dont get it please help!
