Dunlaps are the way to go for the money. I have run Bridgestones and Nittos, and there is no comparison. The SP8000's are very responsive, and have solid side walls, which makes for very good feel in corners. I have used other Dunlaps as well, and these are the best all round. Rain performance is very good, I have tested them up to about 110 mph in a downpour, trying to catch Vandoverbeak (sp? sorry) in his M3 race prep on I24. But fender work will be needed! Good luck, and have fun w/out those damn TRX's!
