I just did this job this weekend. I made used a plate of 1/4" aluminum with a 2 1/5" hole in the middle. I drilled eight holes (using the hub) as a template. I did not tighten the bolts. Not a good idea. Make sure they are the right length or space them out. If not, the bolts will bend or strip the hub holes. The aluminum rested on the frame near the battery.I borrowed a 3/4" torque wrench. This wrench is about 3 1/2' long. 440 nm is a lot of torque.
hello, does anyone have an idea as to how to tighten the vibration damper nut fastening down the crankshaft..?
