how much is a motronic bellhousing for a 265 worth (archive)

Hi I have a 265 gearbox out of a 85 535i with 201K miles on the odr. and I want to sell it.It has the removible bellhouseing, and a friend wants just the bellhousing.
my ? is how much is the gearbox complete and the bell houseing worth?
