The get it do that, you'd need to "break" it actually... the fan clutch is supposed to spin freely most of the time. Even when it's engaged, it doesn't lock up really tight. You could put a straight fan on there if you really wanted to I suppose, but it'd be noisy, reduce your power and your fuel economy. Why do you want the fan to be on all the time? There are better ways to get your car to run cooler if that's your problem.

The fan clutch,the one with the large nut,is there a way to"fix" it so it doesn't spinn freely anymore?Thanks.
