you can get it from the dealer or if you get the radio out then you get the serial number off the back and call the service dept and they should give it to you if you put in the wrong code 3 times it does lock you out but you just need to leave the key on for 1 hour with the radio on and it will reset itself.

I need the code for a radio I bought off ebay, the seller doesn't know what the code is, and I was wondering if it would be possible to retrieve it from the company, or by pass the security mechanism somehow?
