I dunno how to get the real code, but I know that if you put the wrong code in three times, the radio is an instant paperweight. As for bypassing the security, I don't recall ever hearing about anybody that had done it, and I think it would be a big deal if someone did. Those radios were designed to be useless to anyone but the legitimate owner, and that's what they are as far as I know. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

I need the code for a radio I bought off ebay, the seller doesn't know what the code is, and I was wondering if it would be possible to retrieve it from the company, or by pass the security mechanism somehow?
