I'm thinking low fuel pressure might be a problem. Or timing that's way out of whack...retarded. Did the cam timing get knocked out of whack with a belt change? If so, the ignition timing could be off, leading to "no cojones".

Changing coolant mixtures will not affect you in the slightest in this realm. Use whatever you've been using all along. Water Wetter might make sense in a vehicle that tends to run hot, but this is not your case.
