Question on Temp Gauge... (archive)

Hey y'all...been gone for a while, work is keeping me busy.
Anyway, I had my gauge cluster serviced by Programa Inc...quick turnaround, but it looks like the adjusted the temp gauge so the needle reads towards the hot side. At rest, with the car off, the needle used to sit below the first hash mark and run at 11:00 consistantly. Now after Programa's work, the needle at rest is right on the first hash mark and runs at 1:00. I checked all the obvious and definetly think it is the gauge.

Does anyone know if the gauge can be adjusted...before I call Programa?
