Mine has 198,000+ and is still going strong. It's used as a daily driver.

Have you ever repalced the timing chain or tensioners?

I bought it with 85K on it. I have all maintenance done by an independent shop which has a BMW certified mechanic. To my knowledge, he has not indicated a need for the replacement of these parts at any of the regular interval services.
