Cost of refurbishing/recovering front seats? (archive)

My brother's M5 has some pretty ratty seats (tan). Who would you recommend to replace worn and torn sections and recondition/redye the remaining good parts? He lives in Richmond, VA, and I live in the Northen VA/DC area.
