I have not had any experience with any of those shops but I did have a great experience at Motorspeed West is Santa Clara. They knew a lot about all types of bimmers, and they were efficient. I had a full tune up on my '74 tii and they did a perfect job. They seem to do well with ///M cars also because I saw a number of M3s in the shop. I plan to take my M5 there as soon as it needs a tune up. Call them in advance because they are usually booked solid for a few weeks in advance.
