What are the two senders on the side of the radiator for? The top one has two terminals, the bottom one has three terminals. I know the bottom one is dealing with the aux fan because when I jumped two of the terminals the fan came on. I guess what I need to know is what the top sender is for.

My M6 has the same. I asked BMW and all they could tell me was that it was a temp switch for the Bosch fuel system. My ETM doesnt show it. If you find out let the rest of us know.
