Pending Clutch Replacement: Need Advice (archive)

The last few weeks my clutch pedal has become noticeably stiffer. I don't notice any clutch slippage, just a stiff pedal. The records on the car do not show a clutch replacement and at 128K I would say its about time. I know the basic replacement calls for the disk, TOB, pressure plate and pilot bearing. I've also heard its a good time to replace the rear main seal and shifter bushings. Anything else while I have it apart? Recommendations on where to purchase the parts? Any special tools?
