i did a clutch job on my E28 about 6 months ago (plate, r-bearing, fork, pivot pin, pilot bearing - except for replacing the clutch disc), and now the pedal is getting stiffer. i also replaced all both hydralic cylinders. any ideas...

BTW - not replacing the disc was a result of BMW NA's complete screw up - took them 4 times (~6 months) to get me the correct disc.
