Have to agree with James.

While dyno testing my new engine a few months ago, I tried a few things, just to learn.

The guy running the engine dyno said that the stock ignition is very good. To prove it, we took an old sparkplug and smashed the electrode to what looked like it was shut. Power runs showed no loss of HP. The we opened the electrode to about .250 (1/4 inch!) Again, there was no loss of power on the engine dynomometer.

If the wires aren't causing a misfire, don't spend the money.
