The cause of Matt's unfortunate problem is due to a weak spot in our cars. He's not the first that it's happened to and won't be the last. Let this be a lesson to us. Buy insurance with a Fahey Crank Hub. It's around $350 plus labor. It's tough doing work that doesn't make our car go, look, or feel faster, but with this part comes peace of mind and you won't hestitate hitting the redline.
