Any information on the best coolant and/or coolant mixture to use in our engines? I have heard that Zerex has very good (if not the best) anti-corrosive package and that RedLine Water Wetter increases cooling substantially.

What has been your experiences?

Thanks in advance,

BMW coolant at a 50/50 mix with distilled water and forget the Redline Water Wetter since it is much less effective in anti-freeze/water mix. Check-out the graphs on the Red Line web site. Water Wetter is best when used in water only. Water only is a better coolant than anti-freeze!! However, water does not have the high boiling point/low freeze temp nor the corrosion properties of anti-freeze. So we are stuck with the compromise of 50/50 anti-freeze mix.
