My solenoid is acting up lately, (not wanting to engage, just spinning). Has anyone taken out their starter before? What is the procedure? Think it could be done over a weekend? Can you buy a rebuilt solenoid, or should I take it to a starter/alternator shop and have them just rebuild the whole starter/solenoid? Any input would be appreciated!!
