My front caliper has seized up, help ASAP! (archive)

Yep it took a dump, I can barly turn the wheel by hand and it's making a racket on the road. Can some one direct me to where I can find a rebuild kit for the 4 piston E28 M5 front caliper? I heard the strech bolts holding the two halfes together are hard to find. This is my only set of wheels at the moment and I need to fix this NOW, please help.
