Part number 34 31 1 155 270, same as any E28 or E24. ATE, 23.81mm diameter.

You never know what you get if you buy it used. Even though the seller knows for a fact that it's good when he took it off, it may leak when you get it on your car. It's not worth it to me. They're $114.65 from AllOEMBMWParts.com. It should come with new rubber grommets to mount the reservior, but don't hold me to that. If not, part number is 34 31 1 160 133, $1.38 each from AllOEMBMWParts.com.
