Turn the key to position 2 (run). Does the ICV feel like it's vibrating lightly? Good. Turn the car off. Remove the ICV. Check the resistance from the center pin to each outer pin. Should be 20 Ohms each. Any less than 10 Ohms will fry your ICV circuit in the computer. There is no way to adjust the ICV, but you can set the base idle on US M-cars. I don't know if the same procedure works for Euro M cars.
